PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:

- Engages artistic talent and technical support to arrive at a -

presentation that reflects the Customer - called the look-and-feel (language, layout, colors, sounds)

- Reaches the intended audience, whether it is worldwide or the Customer target - called optimizing.

- Costs presented here are estimates meant to guide decision-making until a quote is presented and agreed upon.

- Factors that impact pricing include but may not be limited to payment to artists and technical support, licensing, subscriptions

DIGITAL LITERACY - improving comfort with use of personal computers is developed and delivered at Imageination LLC by Coach. Customers may:

- Engage in instruction and information exchange online via webconference in scheduled events presented by calendar.

- Purchase or subscribe to tools designed for use from customer desktops or laptops with Windows XP or 7 and Mac OSX operating systems.

Customers are required to agree with relevant Terms of Service and Privacy Statements that point to Customer responsibility for private information and responsibility for the condition of equipment in use for hands-on instruction. Imageination is held harmless for customer use and any resulting damages to their equipment.

Options including choice of operating system, software, related peripherals, and resource links presented in the course of instruction are presented for information only and do not represent endorsements of onyx kind to the participant/customer.

Depending upon the nature of the project - be it image or web-based - there are a wealth of features available. Examples are provided here. Space does not allow for all to be shown and the list will change from time-to-time.

Features can range from making a collage of separate images for display to sophisticated interaction on a website for communication with subscribers or customers to customized email invitations to attract visitors.

Projects are assembled with Creative Suite 3 Design Premium, by Adobe Systems featuring Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Acrobat and Flash animation.

Customer agrees to a quote or bid for projects. Payment of a deposit or full payment, depending upon project complexity, begins development. At payment in full, specified deliverables - text, image, animation, etc. - become the property of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Customers supply identifying information and project related files (images, graphics, sound) to be used and/or make requests for development by IMAGEINATION that can include:

-Domain registration and hosting for web-based projects may be supplied by the Customer.

-Secure transmission, SSL, is required for setup of payment processing and certain interactive features. Depending upon selected web hosting plan, this may represent a separate cost as do costs for merchant and credit card processing services including PayPal.com.

-Secure transmission, SSL, is supplied at NetworkSolutions.com or VeriSign.com - a Customer choice.

-JavaScript and support provided by The JavaScript Source

-Audio and Video with Quicktime

-eBook options with Adobe Reader, Acrobat Professional, and new Digital Editions

-Protection for precious images with Digimarc

-Secure Payment Processing with PayPal

-Image editing, repair and restoration with Adobe Photoshop

-File storage at IMAGEINATION is secure with fire and water protection.

Choices currently available for improving basic computer skills include

-Basic CONNECT - a webconference by Invitation from Coach at Imageination and requiring only Adobe Flash Player for Adobe service - ConnectNOW on the individual desktop. Groups will include up to 20 participants whose input will be required to set the conference agenda.
